M. de Martin started his career in the hotel and catering industry as a sommelier.

After obtaining his degree from the Management Hotel School of Geneva in 2000, he acquired experience in financial and administrative management in various sectors such as online grocery with the start-up LeShop.ch (2002) , in the asset management with BlueOrchard Microfinance (2005 to 2011), trustee as freelance (2011 to 2016) and as well in the music industry as Executive Director of several Swiss festivals (2014 to 2018). He also set up the administrative and operational management of various family business (2004 and 2011) mainly in the catering industry.

He is autodidact, multilingual ( speaks 6 languages) professional with an entrepreneurial mind and nearly 20 years of expertise in cross-functional management of Swiss SMEs.

He joined Gene Predictis as Administrative and Operational Manager in October 2021.
