Our laboratory offers molecular oncology testing services to physicians and pathologists.

They include:

• pharmacogenetic testing prior to initiate an anticancer treatment (DPYD, TPMT, CYP2D6 and UGT1A1)
• BRCA1 and BRCA2 sequencing analysis by Next-Generation Sequencing
• Next-Generation Sequencing of gene panels related to germline breast cancer, ovarian cancer, brest and ovarian cancer, prostate cancer, colon cancer-Lynch syndrome and Polyposis
• Somatic point mutations in the following genes: KRAS, NRAS, BRAF, EGFR
